Anne R. Dugan, L.Ac., Brings 22 Years of Experience and Expertise to Pavia Clientele

Saratoga, CA - October 13, 2009 - Pavia Day Spa, an award-winning day spa in Saratoga, California, today that Anne R. Dugan, Licensed Acupuncturist, will be offering acupuncture services as part of an expanded Pavia menu intended to address holistic health and wellness.

Anne has practiced in Los Gatos and Sunnyvale since 1987. She received her training at the San Francisco College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, but has also studied privately with such renowned acupuncturists as Dr. Ou Ching Chun of Oakland and the late Dr. Miriam Lee of Palo Alto. Anne was drawn to acupuncture because of its profound effect on her own health.

“I suffered from chronic acute asthma, and my life was in danger,” Anne said, “Acupuncture healed me. I was drawn to its amazing healing art. I love that acupuncture is simultaneously within a set of laws and principles, yet defined by each unique patient."

Anne will be offering acupuncture at Pavia on Friday evenings, from 5:30pm to 8pm. First consultations will be 90 minutes long and cost $125, while follow-up visits will be 60 minutes long and cost $85. Anne can also accommodate those who desire "needle-less" acupuncture for an additional $20 ($145 for first visit, $105 per follow-up visit).
