New Spa Menu Includes Intuitive Readings , Dream Interpretation, Hypnotherapy, and Guided Meditation

Saratoga , CA - March 2, 2004 - Pavia Day Spa, a leading, full-service day spa in Saratoga, California, today announced a new offering of "Soul" Therapy services that are designed to help clients enhance their inner harmony. Pavia, which underwent a management change in December 2003, now offers services that address the 'spirit' aspect of the "Mind-Body-Spirit" connection while incorporating this focus with professional skin, body, and nail care.

The new Soul Therapy menu of services includes tarot-based intuitive readings, dream interpretation, hypnotherapy, and guided meditation. Each service is designed to play a unique role in helping clients gain spiritual and personal growth. For example, tarot-based readings can provide new information and discoveries about past, present, and future relationships, careers, travels, or important life events. Dream interpretation helps clients access and understand the wisdom embedded in symbols sent to them in their sleep state, while hypnotherapy uses deep meditation techniques to explore past lives in order to identify karmic patterns in this life. Lastly, while people recognize the benefits of meditating every day, it can sometimes be difficult to enter a meditative state. Guided meditation sessions help our clients learn how to quiet their minds, relax their bodies, and enjoy much-needed inner peace.

Theresa Hatcher, a Bay Area intuitive with over 20 years of experience as a teacher and spiritual advisor, has joined Pavia Day Spa to spearhead the Soul Therapy program. Theresa has a Master of Hypnotherapy Certification and a lifetime State of California teaching credential. She studied dream analysis and interpretation with a transpersonal therapist, and actively accesses her own dreams, angels, and guides to gain insights into her personal life. Theresa is the past founder of the Naomi Healing Center in Redwood City , CA , and has produced her own meditation CDs and tapes.
